At 114 squadron we are always looking for potential staff members, whether they be uniformed, civilian or part of our committee.
Staff members come from all walks of life, some are ex-service men and women, others specialise in certain areas and others are just interested in working with young people. You may find yourself working along side mechanic, police officers, students, IT staff, businessmen.....and the list goes on. Staff members are encouraged to gain new qualifications such as NVQ's and First Aid certificates.
